California Victor University (CVU) was founded in August 2010 by Benjamin Hong to train qualified leaders.

California Victor University (CVU) is a non-denominational private, post-secondary faith-based institution that strives to be a leader in the academic development of men and women that can make a significant impact on the world through their academic and professional excellence as well as their Christian values.

CVU received a licensed  to operate from BPPE (Bureau for Private Post secondary Education, California) in August 2016. Currently,
